Peace is an earnest desire of not only mankind-it is a requirement of all beings in the entire universe.Although everybody realises the ineluctable necessity of bringing,establishing and promoting peace-we are often faced with the situsations when we find peace shoved into destructive flames and burning abysses for selfish gains and arrogance.Loss of peace is a huge and costly sitution-emotionally and economically.Loss or absence of peace affects the people who need it most even for their survival.The most vulnerable groups are left uncared.Any soothing touch at their scars and tears brings a glimpsee of joy of their faces which are sunken in despair.

Not so infrequently, these marginalised groups are also repeat victims of avoidable violence. Inflicting damage may be spontaneous, the recovery from wounds and losses requires concerted long termefforts.
